About Books For A Buck

Books for a Buck was established in 2009 to raise money for charity, promote recycling and to make it affordable to buy books in our tough economic times!  All of our books are $1-$3. After selling books at the Palm Beach Gardens Green Market for three years, I decided to open a storefront.  The Green Market only operates 6 months out of the year, (October – May), so now you can purchase books any day but Sunday. We are located at 754 Northlake Boulevard in Lake Park, Florida. We are just three doors down from Dockside Restaurant on the South side of Northlake. We offer free Wi-Fi.

All of our books are donated so please think of us when you are moving, remodeling or just trying to clear clutter. Most of our patrons return their books after they read them.  Sixty percent of our store and market profits go to Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League. We are proud to make them our charity of choice.
